Torani Sugar Free Syrups are unable to be shipped during the winter months. In cold freezing temperatures, Torani sugar free syrups expand and the bottles can shatter during shipment. Because we cannot guarantee that your package will be stored at above freezing temperatures during shipment, we cannot ensure that your syrups will arrive in original condition and so are unable to ship them. These syrups are still available to reserve in store or purchase in store (Ancaster or Burlington). Torani regular syrups are still available online, as they are unaffected by the cold weather. We will resume shipments of Torani Sugar Free in the spring.
