The Gaggia Cardona Barista Plus super automatic espresso machine allows you to fully express yourself using 4 user profiles for distinct, customized drinks. Espresso tray. A specialized tray slides forward to provide a space for an espresso cup closer to the spouts, ensuring the crema is not broken apart during extraction.
6 specialties. The Cadorna can produce 6 personalized beverages including ristretto, espresso, espresso lungo, coffee, americano and hot water.
From bean to cup. A built-in hopper and ceramic burr grinder offers the freshest coffee you could have at home.
Made in Italy. The Cadorna is designed and manufactured in the outskirts of Tuscany, taking its name from Pizzale Cadorna in the center of Milan.
Personalize your profile. Create up to 4 unique profiles for different users in the home or office. Each user can customize drinks to their exact preferences.

Use & Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2-3 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days
- Keep the stainless steel casing shiny with a microfiber cloth
- Optional: Perform backflush routine and clean the filter basket each week

CanadaAwesome Machine If You Want Ease of Use (w/ a little fun)
We wanted a machine that could make great coffee not just espresso and didn't want the hassle of a manual machine. This one is perfect if you want the best of both worlds without a lot of effort. We chose this one over the automatic milk option as we wanted to try our hand at making real steamed milk. Definitely recommend this machine if you aren't interested in turning espresso making into a hobby.
CanadaExactly what I was looking for
I had a super automatic but was unhappy with not being able to have a coffee that was hot enough. The Cadorna Barista Plus allows me to make a very hot cup of coffee. While steaming the milk can be a bit loud, it is easily offset by having the ability to have hotter milk and the ease of cleaning a container that is not running through a small hose. There are a lot of options for different drinks, and being able to have our own profile makes it quite nice also. The water and puck dispensers are larger than my other Saeco machine so I spend less time refilling water or emptying spent pucks. I would highly recommend this machine. A huge shout out to ECS for listening to my wants and concerns and guiding me to this specific machine.
CanadaGreat Cappuccino
I bought the Gaggio Cadorna Plus to replace my beloved Saeco Talea that I used every morning for the last16 years. I have to say after only 3 days I have found the Gaggia has all the great features that I loved about my old machine plus a bunch more that makes the Gaggia Cadorna superior. For example its easier to set your preferences, It makes a true Americano which in my opinion is better than a regular coffee. Also the water temperature is much hotter with better frothing and the espresso is richer. I would highly recommend this machine. On a side note; I have found the ESC Coffee people very good to work with.
