As we combat the spread of COVID-19, we are exploring new ways for you to get your coffee fix. We will be offering Curbside Pickup at our Burlington and Ancaster locations as a safe, contactless way to collect your items.
How it works:
1. Fill up your shopping cart for your online order. Remember to log in to your account to collect your Brew Bucks! Learn more about logging in online for the first time with a store account here.
2. Select the "Curbside Pickup" shipping option for Burlington or Ancaster when you are placing your order. This option is free, so you skip on shipping fees! :)
3. Wait for an email from us letting you know that your order is ready! Curbside Pickups for Ancaster are usually ready the day after placing the order, and Burlington Curbside Pickups are usually ready within 2 hours (if placed before 12:30 pm daily).
For Ancaster curbside pickups, place your order before 1 pm the previous day for it to be ready the next day. This is to allow transfer of products from our warehouse to our Ancaster Store.
4. Once you get an email from us saying that your order is ready, stop by our store during our Curbside hours to pick up! Click here for directions, curbside pickup hours, and our full store addresses. Once you have arrived, give us a call!
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email when you place your order. This is an order confirmation email, and does NOT mean your order is ready. You will receive another email when your order is prepared and ready for Pickup!

5. Once we've confirmed it's you, we will bring it out to you!
