As we combat the spread of COVID-19, we are exploring new ways for you to get your coffee fix. Temporarily during our store closures, we will be offering Curbside Pickup at our Burlington location.
How it works:
1. Fill up your shopping cart for your online order. Remember to log in to your account to collect your Brew Bucks! Learn more about logging in online for the first time with a store account here.
2. Place your order, selecting the "Pick up in store" Burlington Location shipping option. This option is free, so you skip on shipping fees! :)
3. Wait for us to prepare your order! There is a 2 hour turnaround time for us to receive, and prepare your order. Orders placed overnight and in the evening will be ready for you to pick up the next day, and orders placed during the day before 1 pm will be available for same day pickup. If you place your order after 1 pm, you may have to wait until the next day to pick up your order.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email when you place your order. This is an order confirmation email, and does NOT mean your order is ready. You will receive a second email when your order is prepared and ready for Pickup!
4. Once you get an email from us saying that your order is ready, stop by our Burlington location parking lot from 10 - 3 pm, any day of the week, Sunday to Saturday. Be prepared to give us your order number and full name over the phone, and what car you're in.
5. Once we've confirmed it's you, we will bring it out to you. We will leave your package by your car so you can safely collect it!
6. Go home and enjoy a coffee :)

Do you have an existing Burlington store pickup order that is still at our store?
Just stop by our Burlington store parking lot any day during our 10 am - 3 pm window, and give us a call to let us know you are here. Be prepared to give us your order number and full name over the phone, and we will bring your order out to you.
Are you unable to place your order online?
Call (800) 263-3890 in between 9 - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We will take your order over the phone via credit card. Wait for us to email you to let you know your order is ready!
