CanadaVery good experience. Concerns Thought capsules would be aluminum ( for recycling.) Didn't expect individual packaging for individual pod. Is that necessary.? Our machine seems to work harder to dispense coffee. Noticed Aluminum seal was not uniformly pierced forcing water through fewer holes. Order process ie: website was Great. Delivery was Great. Coffee was good. Suggestion: Is there a chance you could fill your pods with ' Pride of Arabia' coffee?
