Pressurized "Crema Perfetta" Filter Holder. The pressurized “crema perfetta” filter-holder delivers a marvelous creamy layer on the top of your espresso, no matter your level of expertise and ability.
Temperature Gauge. The integrated temperature gauge allows constant monitoring of the water temperature in the boiler to have the best result in cup at any use.
Pre-brewing. For a more intense flavour, it is possible to select the pre-brewing option to moisten ground coffee before the actual brewing. In this way, a wider range of coffee aromas will unfold
Stainless Steel Classic Pannarello. Gaggia Carezza Deluxe is equipped with a stainless steel classic pannarello. Unleash your inner barista and prepare delicious milk-based recipes in a few seconds, or dispense hot water to make tea and infusions.
Ground Coffee and Coffee Pods. Gaggia Carezza Deluxe comes with a filter for 1 or 2 cups of ground coffee, and a special filter for coffee pods.
Descaling Alert. The machine alerts you when it is time to descale it, to ensure a perfect maintenance.
Cleaning Cycle. The machine activates an automatic rinsing cycle of the coffee circuit when you turn it on, or when it automatically shuts off. This ensures a better cleaning of the parts and a longer product life.

Use & Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. To download your machine's user manual click here. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale when the machine prompts you, approximately every 3-6 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days.
- Keep the stainless steel casing shiny with a microfiber cloth.
- Remove coffee oil build up in your portafilter and baskets by soaking them in hot water and one backflushing tablet once a week. We recommend using Cafiza tablets for this.
