Loving my new Keurig brewer so far! Brews a nice hot cup of coffee, and allows me to select from several different cup sizes. And the direct plumbing connection to a water supply means never having to fill the tank.
The first one i bought 1year and a half ago from you isnt turning on at all is making a funny noise would love to know if i could send it to you for estimate of how much it would cost to get it fixed

In all honesty, generally the consensus on this machine in particular is that it is not worth it for customers to get it fixed past the 1 year warranty from Keurig, as the price for repair + the parts is costly. In most cases, especially with this machine at its price point, it is better to just buy a new machine like you've already done as the repair cost sometimes runs further than the cost of a new machine.
