Programmable Parameters. The LELIT electronic control system (LCC) with the OLED graphic display allows you to activate the preinfusion and to set the automatic washing cycle for the ordinary cleaning and stand by time according to the CEI EN 50564 norm. the display also shows the coffee, water and steam temperature, the lack of water in the tank and the brewing time countdown set by the user.
LCC. Lelit electronic control system manages all the machine setting parameters.
Multidirectional wand. Easily delivers steam and hot water, with an anti-burn handle.
Brushed Body. The machine features a body in brushed stainless steel, and a drip tray with wire grate.
Manometer. With black back-lit display, it checks the pressure of coffee extraction. The green area indicates the optimal value.
Coffee Slide. The gradual inclination, the spout length and the open areas are designed to obtain the best possible result.
Mug friendly. The machine is also designed to fit mugs as well as small espresso cups.
The LELIT57 group is compatible with all LELIT57 barista tools.

Use & Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. To download your machine's user manual click here. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale when the machine prompts you, approximately every 3-6 months. We recommend using Dezcal.
- Perform a backflushing/cleaning cycle when the machine prompts you. We recommend using Cafiza Tablets.
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days.
- Keep the stainless steel casing shiny with a microfiber cloth.
- Remove coffee oil build up in your portafilter and baskets by soaking them in hot water and one backflushing tablet once a week. We recommend using Cafiza Tablets for this.
- Replace your Lelit 70lt water filter every 2-3 months.
