Peru Churupampa is a crisp, sweet, and very well-balanced coffee, medium roasted. It has tasting notes of green apple, toffee and tamarind.

Churupampa is highly focused on the welfare of both the coffee producers and the environment. They provide farmers with opportunities to improve production practices, are focused on organic farming, and utilize a soil management program which produces fertilizers and compost using a diverse selection of micro-organisms gathered from the surrounding forest.

We small batch roast our One Point Twenty One Coffee out of ECS Coffee in Burlington, Ontario. We're all about great coffee, from carefully selected beans to our sustainable & precise roast methods. We use a Bellwether coffee roaster to produce a consistent roast that brings out the tasting notes in each coffee. Our roaster uses clean technology that produces zero emissions, eliminating roast processes that harm our environment and planet.

Tasty

Received this with my Gaggia Classic Pro as a freebie and honestly I'll be buying more. I'm new to brewing coffees in general but I tried this as a pour over and it was tasty. The toffee aromas, sweetness and tart tastes come out. Disclaimer, I cannot make a proper espresso with the cheapo hand grinder I have to save my life. That said, I obviously tried this as an espresso and honestly it gets tasty even then.
