Enjoy the sweet & creamy taste of this classic dessert in latte form. This delicious Creme Brûlée latte can be easily made at home with Torani and your single serve brewer, or with your home espresso machine.
Creme Brûlée Latte Recipe
1/2 oz. (1 pump) Torani Caramel Sauce
1/2 oz. (2 pumps) Torani French Vanilla Syrup
6 oz. Frothed Milk
4 oz. Barrie House Espresso Roast or 1 shot of espresso
Whipped Cream for Garnish (optional)
Raw sugar or caramel sauce for garnish (optional)
1. Add Torani Sauce and Syrup to 6 oz. warmed milk and froth them together using an electric/battery powered milk Frother, or your on board milk frother if using an espresso machine.
2. Brew 4 oz. Barrie House Espresso Roast or 1 shot of espresso into a tall heat-resistant glass/mug.
3. Add frothed milk & syrup mixture into the coffee and stir, then spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over the beverage.
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with raw sugar for added crunch (or Caramel sauce if you prefer), and enjoy!
