Warranty Info
When you purchase a machine from us, you may be eligible to receive warranty support through the manufacturer of the machine, depending on the brand. Please ensure you register your machine with the manufacturer. In some cases, ECS Coffee is an authorized service centre that can handle your warranty. Please read your machines specific warranty to understand any limitations and timeframes before you proceed.
If you have a warranty concern with your machine, below are the steps you must take.

| Bunn |
Bunn brewers are under warranty with Bunn. You can contact them at (905) 841-2866 |
| Cuisinart |
Cuisinart brewers are under warranty with Cuisinart. You can contact them at toll free number at 1-800-472-7606 |
| DeLonghi |
Contact Delonghi at 1-800-322-3848 and they will provide you an RMA number and direction. You can drop your machine off at either of our locations with the RMA number. Click here to learn more about your DeLonghi warranty. |
| Gaggia |
Your Brewer warranty is through ECS Coffee if purchased from us. Simply bring in your proof of purchase and we will handle your claim. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for this warranty. |
| Jura |
You must contact Jura for warranty service at 1-855-544-8600. We are not an authorized warranty centre although we can repair most Jura brewers. We cannot handle warranty issues at this time. Jura has a service centre location in Mississauga Ontario. |
| Keurig |
