Your use of this web site, facebook site, or other social media channel (collectively, “site”) owned and/or operated by ECS Coffee Inc. constitutes your acceptance of the following conditions. Please familiarize yourself with them. If you do not agree with these conditions, please discontinue usage of this site.
Rules of Use
You also agree that you will not engage in prohibited conduct while using this site. By way of illustration and not limitation, prohibited conduct includes the following:
- Users of this site must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or have the consent of a guardian/parent;
- Attempt to access any area of the site that you are not authorized to access or to access the site by means other than through the interface that is provided by ECS Coffee Inc.;
- Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or any application or link;
- Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the site’s infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code relating to the site or any application;
- Send any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other information that may damage the site or other information, data, or the operation of ECS Coffee Inc.’s systems and property;
- Use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose or to defame or harass anyone, or use them other than in full compliance with applicable law;
- Use any robot, spider or other automatic device not provided by ECS Coffee Inc.; or
- Use the site or any application for any commercial use;
Product Information, Pricing & Availability
*All product prices listed on the site are in the dollar amount shown. If shopping on our Canadian site, the pricing is in Canadian dollars, and if shopping on our US site, prices will be in USD. For clarity sake, outside of Canada or the United States prices should be reflected in Canadian dollars, however this is dependent on your own IP address, VPN usage etc. We reserve the right to correct any misunderstanding in this case at our sole discretion.
The products displayed on this site may be available on this site for purchase, and may also be available in select retail locations. The products and prices displayed on this site are subject to change at any time with or without notice. The prices or items in any particular store may be different from those appearing on the site, and the in-store information and availability controls over any conflicting information at this site. Your placement of an order through the site constitutes your offer to purchase the items selected by you. We may accept or reject your offer, and your offer is not accepted by us until we ship your order.
Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, even after an order may be placed or confirmed. In the event a product ordered is no longer available, not available at the advertised price, or if the price has increased, we may decline your offer or we may contact you to confirm whether you would like to continue with your purchase given the new availability and pricing information.

You are responsible for all charges incurred by users of your account, credit card or other payment mechanism, as well as for paying any applicable taxes.
Username & Password
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and secure, and you are responsible for all actions taken using your username and password. By registering, you may agree to receive communications and promotional materials from ECS Coffee Inc.
Restrictions of Use
The text, images, graphics, video and/or their arrangement on ECS Coffee Inc.’s sites are all subject to intellectual property right protection and such material from www.ecscoffee.com and any other site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by ECS Coffee Inc. may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of ECS Coffee Inc. Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates ECS Coffee Inc. intellectual property rights. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access to this site, but remain with ECS Coffee Inc., who owns full and complete title to the material in this site.

Without the expressed written consent of ECS Coffee Inc., no information or material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way whatsoever except that you may download one copy of the materials onto any single computer, for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. You shall not upload to, distribute to, or otherwise disseminate through, this site any material or information of any kind that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise violates any law or infringes or violates any rights of any other person or entity, or that contains a solicitation of funds, advertising, or a solicitation for goods or services. You will be solely responsible for the content of any material or information that you make available through this site. You will also be liable for any loss or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from your making any material or information available through this site. Any conduct by you that in ECS Coffee Inc.’s discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying this site will not be permitted.

Our policy is not to accept unsolicited ideas about new marketing, advertising, product, and/or packaging concepts and/or improvements. This policy is to avoid confusion about our ownership of new concepts. If you do send us a message about a proposed idea, your message will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential and, by doing so you agree that it becomes, without further compensation to you, our sole and exclusive property and may or may not be used by us for any purpose.

The logos and services displayed on this site belong to ECS Coffee Inc. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any logo and services displayed on this site. Your use/misuse of the logos and services on this site, or on any other content on this site, except as provided for in these Terms & Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that ECS Coffee Inc. will enforce its intellectual property rights for serious offences.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless ECS Coffee Inc., its affiliates and related companies from and against all claims, liability, and expenses, including all legal fees and costs, arising out of: your breach of these provisions; or (ii) your use of this site, the content contained in this site and the placement or transmission of any information or other materials on this site made by you or others using your account. You agree to promptly notify ECS Coffee Inc. immediately after you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account and to take such reasonable steps as are necessary to prevent any reoccurrence of such event. ECS Coffee Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You will co-operate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim.
Recourse
If you are dissatisfied with this site or these provisions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this site. In such an event, you agree to destroy all materials obtained by you on this site and all copies thereof. These provisions shall survive any such termination.
Malware and/or Viruses
ECS Coffee Inc. also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in this site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from this site.
Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy posted on the site under Customer Care, to understand our privacy practices for this site. By using this site, you also agree to the most-recent version of the Privacy Policy in effect on this site. We may change the Privacy Policy at any time, and such changes will be reflected in the Privacy Policy posted on this site or otherwise communicated to users of this site.
Brew Bucks Program Terms and Conditions
The ECS Coffee Brew Bucks Rewards program is our way of saying thanks to our loyal customer base. This rewards program is operated by ECS Coffee Inc. as well as Smile.io and is available only to legal residents of Canada.
By creating an account or accessing, participating in or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or other terms incorporated by reference, do not participate in this program.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership in the program is free. No purchase necessary. To participate, you must be a legal Canadian resident, 18 years of age or older. There is a limit of one membership per individual.
There are two (2) ways to enroll in the program:
a. In-store: Create your account in store. A store associate will enter your information into our system. Provide your email address, full name and phone number. Once an account has been created for you in our store, you will begin collecting points on all purchases. If you created an account in store but would also like to use and monitor your points on our website, you will have to create an online account at
ecscoffee.com/account/register. Use the same email you provided in store to create your online account. They will link up and your points will be visible online.
b. Online: Create your ECS Coffee account online at ecscoffee.com/account/register . You will need to provide an email address. Then opt in to the program via the "Rewards" popup on the bottom left hand corner of your browser. No cards are required for this program.
Other technology for enrolling and participating in the program may be approved by ECS Coffee from time to time.
The membership does not require a card, points earned under the program are stored on your account via your email. Provide your email, phone number or name to our store staff when shopping to access your points in store.
After enrolling, if you need to change the email address associated with your account you will have to contact ECS Coffee. Contact us with your old email associated with your points, and the new email you wish to use. We will change it and you will now be able to log in via the new email. You may contact us via our website chat, email (webdesk@ecscoffee.com) or phone.
2. Earning Brew Bucks
Under the program, you will receive points for every dollar spent online and in store. Online orders receive 1 brew buck for every $1 spent, in store purchases receive 2 brew bucks for every $1 spent. This is to balance out the program, as many extra ways to earn points are only eligible to online customers (such as bonus points for reviews, following us on social media, etc). To receive your points, you must checkout using the email address provided online or in store that is associated with your account. The number of points awarded will be calculated based on the rounded-up amount closest to the net amount paid for products, before tax and shipping.
With points earned through Product Reviews, the product review must follow proper review guidelines and must be a valid review. You can earn 30 points per review left on an item you have purchased, on a maximum of 3 reviews per month. Reviews that do not relate to the product, are spam or inappropriate, or incoherent will not be approved as real reviews, and will not award points. Our review system is in place to give customers real customer feedback on our products, and real, honest reviews help with this. You must be logged in to your points account to earn points on reviews you write.
We may also offer bonus points for promotions or events from time to time. In such circumstance, the bonus points offer would apply instead of the above point formula. For example, if we have a 3x the points day, you would receive 3 points for every dollar spent instead of 1 or 2 points for 1 dollar.
Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Rewards. Points cannot be redeemed on shipping fees or on tax. Points are never redeemable for cash or for another product (unless set by ECS Coffee).
3. Earn rewards with Brew Bucks
You will be able to exchange your Brew Bucks for rewards. We do not automatically assign the rewards, you will need to select the reward that you want to redeem to convert your points into rewards. We will notify you when you have earned enough points for a reward, so you can choose to redeem them. Your earned reward will also appear in your program account, where you will be able to select and apply it to your shopping cart upon checkout. The converted points will at the same time be automatically deducted from your account and they will no longer be visible in your current points balance. Only 1 reward can be applied to an order at a time, rewards do not stack.
For example, if you have 1000 points in your account and you decide to redeem it for a $10 off reward, the 1000 points balance will be converted to the reward. If you have 1000 points and you do not want your $10 reward and wish to save your points, you can do so. Your points only get converted to rewards when you choose.
4. Redeeming your rewards
You can redeem your rewards in store and online. The rewards are provided to you in the form of a code which can be entered into the "Gift Card and Coupon Code" section of our checkout page to receive a discount to your order online. To redeem your points in store, let the store staff know that you would like one of your rewards upon checkout. They will apply the reward to your in store purchase.
Rewards are redeemable at www.ecscoffee.com and at any ECS Coffee store location.
You are unable to use your rewards on recurring subscription orders. If you have a subscription item in your shopping cart, the reward discount code will not work. Reward redemptions are valid on non-subscription orders in stores and online. You will however still earn Brew Bucks on your recurring subscription order.
5. Your program account
You may only have one program account. You can view online your current points balance, your earned rewards, as well as any point activity in your account. You may also obtain this information by asking one of our employees in store. To view your balance online, simply log in to your online account. Your Brew Bucks Rewards section on your browser is your destination for everything related to the program and your membership, including viewing your current points balance and available rewards earned, redeeming rewards and gifts, and learning about your program benefits.
If ECS Coffee accepts a product return and refunds you for any item you purchased for which you received Brew Bucks, then the corresponding points will be deducted accordingly in your program account.
6. Point Expiration
It is our goal through this program to reward active ECS Coffee members through their regular purchases. To maintain your points balance, we require you to engage in any point activity within 2 years to keep your points and membership account. If an account has remained dormant for more than 2 years with no point activity (no redemptions or earned points during this time), the account will be considered inactive and all points associated with the account removed.
Before you reach 2 years of inactivity (meaning that no points have been awarded or spent during that period), we will send an email to the address associated with your account advising you that if no points transaction is made before the date of expiration provided (Expiration Date), the points in your account will expire and will be cancelled at such time. This inactivity email notice will be sent to the email address associated with your account between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days before your points are cancelled at the expiration date.
Even if your points expire, your account will remain open. You will be able to reactivate your program account and thereby recommence earning new points under the Program. Reactivating an account will not restore points cancelled due to inactivity.
7. Communications from ECS Coffee
By submitting an application for membership in the program, you agree to receive notifications about the rewards program pertaining to your rewards and points. You can choose to opt out of these emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" option on the bottom of these emails.
8. Changes to the program
ECS Coffee reserves the right to unilaterally modify, limit, suspend and interrupt program terms and conditions without prior notice. The following terms and conditions can be modified: program eligibility terms, number of points awarded per dollar spent, necessary amount of points for rewards, reward offers, eligible purchases to earn points, the period of time for inactivity for point expiration, etc.
In the event these Terms and conditions or any aspect of the program are restricted, suspended or changed, we will provide you advance notice by posting the amended Terms and Conditions online at www.ecscoffee.com and by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account. The notice will contain a comparison illustrating the changes. Your continued participation in the program following such a notice will constitute your consent to any amendments to these terms and conditions, or any other aspect of the program.
In the event that the amendment entails an increase in your obligations or a reduction in our obligations and you do not agree to such amendment, you may close your account and cancel your participation in the program without cost or penalty.
The version of the program terms and conditions on the ECS Coffee website shall prevail over any other previous versions.
9. Account Termination
Members may leave the program at any time, at their sole discretion, by sending an email to this effect to customer service. The members information will be deleted upon their specific demand and the points accumulated and rewards earned made available in the account will be revoked and cancelled.
We also reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program immediately on grounds of any abuse, manipulation, fraud, tampering with the program, failure to repeatedly follow any terms and conditions of the program, any conduct detrimental to the interests of ECS Coffee. In the event of such termination, we will send an email notice to the email address associated with your account. Upon such termination, any rewards that have not been redeemed and all points will be forfeited and your membership will end.
Mobile Terms of Service

The ECS Coffee Inc. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ECS Coffee Inc. (“ECS Coffee Inc.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to ECS Coffee Inc.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ECS Coffee Inc. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with ECS Coffee Inc.. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449692598 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other ECS Coffee Inc. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
