Service repairs are done in house at our ECS Coffee Burlington & Toronto Locations. You can drop off your equipment at either our Burlington, Toronto or Ancaster locations. We currently service a wide range of espresso machines, coffee makers and coffee grinders, offering repairs, tune ups, and diagnostics.
We're an authorized service center for a wide variety of coffee and espresso brands, including Baratza, Lelit, Rocket and more (find the full list below). In addition, we are an authorized warranty center for DeLonghi and Technivorm coffee and espresso equipment.

DROPPING OFF YOUR MACHINE
Before you drop off your machine, we ask that you clean out all water and used grinds. Drip tray and grounds container should be empty. Also keep the following in mind:
- We cannot accept your boxes or bags. if you are transporting your machine in a box or bag, you will have to take the bag or box back.
- If your machine has been in storage, (for example a garage or cold cellar) please ensure that there are no bugs or larvae that may have entered the machine. Damp, moist areas are attractive to such critters. We will not accept these machines and if we find evidence once we inspect we will return this machine to you untouched.

We currently service and repair 16 brands of espresso and coffee machines, and are adding more brands as demand and part availability allows us. We currently service these brands:
*For Breville, we are only servicing the Breville Barista Express line at this time. We currently only repair Breville machines that are no longer covered under warranty. If your machine is still covered under warranty, please reach out to Breville.

Please understand that we cannot confirm part numbers for clients looking to purchase parts to repair machines themselves. If we did, we would not have time to repair anything. All parts purchased from us are final sale.
