Open Box & End of Line Machines
All of our open box items are final sale, (unless not working on delivery) but may have a valid warranty. They are tested before being shipped to ensure working condition, of each machine. They range in condition, from never before used, end of line or floor display models to gently used demonstration machines, or immediate customer returns. All machines are tested by our service department if they have been used to ensure they are functioning properly. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or would like to request info about warranty on a machine, or you would like to purchase an open box item.
Please note: Some of these machines are used. They have been cleaned by us, but may have come in to contact with flavoured beans or nut products (such as almond milk in milk frothers). We are unable to determine which specific machines have come in to contact with nuts.
