Diagnostic and Tune-Up for machines is available at our Burlington location only. Please select the Burlington Store Pickup option at checkout.
Select the Diagnostic & Tune-Up option for your brand of machine. If the brand is not listed, select the "Diagnostic & Tune-Up ((Machine Not Listed))" option. The brands that we currently service are: DeLonghi, BUNN, Curtis, Baratza, Newco, Gaggia, Saeco, Philips, Grindmaster, Keurig and Rocket.
Once we receive your order, our service department will contact you within 2 business days for more information - what model of machine is it, what problems to look out for etc. After confirming, bring your machine to our Burlington store between 10am - 3pm. Give us a call at 905-631-1524 ext. 1 when you arrive so we can go out and collect your machine.
Our service department will run the diagnostic & tune up. If we identify any problems or anything that needs repair, we will contact you via phone or email to let you know.
Once your machine diagnostic & tune up is complete, we will contact you to collect your machine. Please give us a call at 905-631-1524 ext. 1 to let us know when you arrive, so we can bring your machine to you.
