How-to Bring Your Machine in For Service
Option 1. Get in the queue! Pay for the Intake Fee online and reach out to Kim at kim@ecscoffee.com or call 905-631-1524 ext 202. This is ideal for those that have a functioning machine and don't want to be without coffee while the machine is in queue!
Option 2. Pop by one of our three locations and pay for your intake fee at the store and leave your machine there. Your machine will go into queue based on our timelines above.
Note due to the high volume of calls, it may take some time for the service department to get back to you
