I knownown 3 of these machines. I have one for home use and one at work. The current one that was bought I gave to my mother in law. These machines are built to last, I have yet to have an issue with them. Highly recommend.

I love my new machine. It is a little smaller than my previous one but fast. I also love that it makes bigger cups than our previous one. Also we got great customer service in the store. Thank you.
ECS staff were very helpful as always. Easy to set up, use and makes great coffee. Like the auto shut off feature. Won’t have turn around and go back home to make sure it is turned off. 😀
I purchased this coffee maker in January 2023 and started using it in February 2023 (therefore, it has been in use for only 2 months). The descale light came on and it completely stopped brewing a few days ago. How can a new machine need to be descaled after only 2 months? Why should I spend money on descaling solution 4 times a year?
I reached out to ECS and this was their reply:
Most Keurig machines recommend descaling every 3 months and cleaning the needle continuously especially if using soluble pods. Unfortunately we have no control over how often a keurig needs to be descaled. Many factors including water hardness level contribute to how often this may need to happen. This machine has a 1 year warranty with Keurig, however we facilitate this for them. You are free to ship the machine back to us, however if it goes to be tested and inspected by the warranty centre and they find it was due to not descaling, they will reject the warranty. If you choose to return the machine to us, please make sure it's repackaged in all the original inner and outer packaging, including accessories/manuals. Also make sure it's been cleaned and all water drained. We recommend choosing insurance and signature required as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Basically, if you don’t want to descale every 3 months (2 months in my case), you are stuck with this lemon of a new model.
Very very disappointed, in both Keurig and ECS as a distributor.
