We small batch roast our One Point Twenty One Coffee out of ECS Coffee in Burlington, Ontario. We're all about great coffee, from carefully selected beans to our sustainable & precise roast methods. We use a Bellwether coffee roaster to produce a consistent roast that brings out the tasting notes in each coffee. Our roaster uses clean technology that produces zero emissions, eliminating roast processes that harm our environment and planet. 

We love how fruit-forward and sweet our Ethiopia coffee is. Bright notes of strawberry and hibiscus are rounded out with a cocoa sweetness. dark roasted, this coffee is delicious black in pour over format.

Limmu Kossa is active in their surrounding community, constructing an 8 km dry weather road and three classrooms at the local elementary school.

The Farm. 

Limmu Kossa Estate is a large, family owned farm located in the Jimma Zone of the Oromia Region in Ethiopia. The farm was established in the year 2000, and currently produces coffee on 356 hectares across two farms, employing around 700 people during harvest. Limmu Kossa is committed to using modern and environmentally responsible farming techniques to produce high-quality coffee. The farm employs an exemplary agroforestry system making use of the shade of original, indigenous forest species. Additionally, Limmu Kossa is active in their surrounding community, constructing an 8km dry weather road and three classrooms at the local elementary school.
