SAN Francisco variety pack
Good opportunity to sample and decide
We bought this variety pack of compostable Keurig-compatible capsules. It was a good opportunity to try the various roasts and flavours. We will now opt for our favou rite, i.e. Fog Chaser for our next order.
Each variety have a very good taste
Excellent coffee without the trash
I have liked every variety of San Francisco Bay coffee that I have tried, so I buy the Variety Pack. I do prefer the French Roast but all are good. Never had a problem in our Keurig machine. My favorite part of this product is the lack of excess packaging, the recyclable bags and box, and the compostable pods, plus environmentally responsible growing practices. My initial reluctance to purchase a single serve coffee maker was due to the excessive trash produced but with this product, you get great coffee and minimal environmental impact. There are less expensive (and more expensive) coffees but this is reasonably priced.
Great Coffee but Annoying Pods
All the varieties of coffee were very tasty and the price was great but unfortunately the pods themselves were very annoying to use. About a third of the time, when inserted into the Keurig 2.0 machine, the screen would display the "OOPS, this pod was not designed for this machine" error. By taking the pod out and putting it back in three or four times I could get the pod to eventually work but by then the paper on the top was torn so that there would be quite a lot of coffee grounds in the cup. Not the end of the world, but we use these machines for ease and convenience. So unfortunately, despite the tasty coffee, I won't be buying this brand again because of the pod design.
