Vanilla gets serious. Seriously exotic. Take your senses on an adventure to Madagascar with this syrup. First, the aroma: seductive and inviting. It's a pleasant prelude to the rich and complex. Taste the natural Bourbon vanilla bean flavour and notes of earthy warm oak. Sounds alluring? You bet it is. Fix a drink and relax.
Pure cane sugar, water, natural vanilla flavours, potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness), citric acid, caramel colour.
I use this syrup when making cappuccinos. I find the taste quite mild. Not an offensive flavour but I wouldn’t say the vanilla bean flavour comes out much. I’m going to try the Torani PureMade Vanilla.
I use it as a sweetener for my Chocolate Avocado Pudding, which adds a hint of vanilla flavoring. This summer I'm going to try it in my homemade iced tea and lemonade. I usually make a 'simple syrup', but this will make things much quicker and fuss-free! Great product, and will likely try the fruit flavors, as well, for my summer drinks/ices. I recommend purchasing the pump, as once you pour from the bottle, without the pump, the syrup on the outside fuses the cap to the top and makes it almost impossible to remove, unless you run it under hot water.
