Due to the Canada Post Labour Dispute, we will be unable to ship orders via Canada Post until it is resolved. Please be aware that as a result, shipping rates have increased dramatically for rural areas. If you regularly ship to a PO box or an address that requires Canada Post specifically, please provide an alternate shipping address that can be reached by other couriers. There may be additional shipping charges depending on the location. If this is the case, we will reach out to you about your order. Thank you for your understanding. Please click here to see our list of remote postal codes which usually get shipped Canada Post.
ATTENTION: We are not shipping Canada Post due to the ongoing strike and are shipping all packages with alternate couriers.READ MORE
100% Kona Whole Bean Coffee is estate grown in the Kona region on the west coast of Hawaii, in a farm that has been growing Kona coffee for over 100 years. Konas sunny mornings and cloudy afternoons provide the perfect climate the coffee plant prefers. That along with rich volcanic soil, and the amazing amount of hand labour and care help produce one of the smoothest premium coffees in the world.
We small batch roast our One Point Twenty One Coffee out of ECS Coffee in Burlington, Ontario. We're all about great coffee, from carefully selected beans to our sustainable & precise roast methods. We use a Bellwether coffee roaster to produce a consistent roast that brings out the tasting notes in each coffee. Our roaster uses clean technology that produces zero emissions, eliminating roast processes that harm our environment and planet.

If you are purchasing a bag of whole bean coffee on our website, you can select your grind method of choice (at no extra charge!) from the dropdown and we will grind and ship it to you. We grind the beans freshly for you at our warehouse in ECS Coffee Burlington right before your order is shipped, and reseal the package to maintain optimal freshness in transit.
If you are visiting us in store, you can also request for your beans to be ground in store before you take them home.
We use a commercial BUNN Burr Grinder to grind the beans.
Please note: Freshly ground coffee is non-refundable and not returnable. To ensure that you receive a ground coffee that is consistent with your brew method of choice, refer to our Grind Chart below!
FINE
For use with espresso machines. Fine coffee grinds will have the size and feel of sand.
MEDIUM FINE
Choose a medium fine grind if you are brewing with a Moka Pot, stovetop espresso brewers or an Aeropress.
MEDIUM
Cone Filter - We use two medium settings depending on your brewer. The Cone Filter medium setting is a bit finer, and is suitable for pour-over drip brewers (cone style) such as Hario, Melitta, Clever. It is also used for cone style automatic brewers.
Flat Bottom Filter - This setting is suitable for coffee machines with a flat bottom basket filter, such as commercial automatic drip machines. It is also an appropriate setting for if you have a refillable coffee capsule for use in Keurig® machines. Medium coffee grinds will be around the same size as sea salt.
PERCOLATOR
If you are brewing with a percolator, the grind setting is a bit coarser than your standard medium grind, to minimize grinds making it through the filter. We use a percolator-specific setting on our grinder.
MEDIUM COARSE
Vaccuum brewers, Chemex.
COARSE
For french press, cold brew coffee. A coarse grind is very chunky in look, like crushed peppercorns.
Remember that this coffee grind chart is a guideline! If you use a coffee brewing method that is not listed here, feel free to reach out and we will let you know which grind is the best for your brewer.

I was going to setup a subscription even though it’s expensive I would be charged 14.99 shipping it made the coffee bean very, very expensive. If shipping was free I would subscribe
