Reunion Coffee Price Adjustment June 5, 2025.

Well everyone, it has been one heck of a year so far. From tariffs on inbound coffee and packaging to what seems an out of control coffee market, we have been spending most of the year it seems looking at spreadsheets to try to make sense of everything.

Attached you will see a price adjustment letter from Reunion Coffee. In talking with Adam (President) at Reunion I am told this should be stable for the rest of the year and if there is some relief prices may come down. Note, this has nothing to do with the Trade war with the United States. That is another challenge but is not affecting this price adjustment.

As a company and distributor, we work hard with our vendors to ensure transparency, accountability and integrity in all pricing. While these increases seem to be never ending from every coffee vendor in 2025,  I wanted to send a note to let you know that we are analyzing each increase, comparing the cost structures from each vendor and ensuring that there are no outliers. Where vendors find efficiencies in production and savings these are passed on. One example is the Birchbark Coffee 12oz bags, which will now cost less as the product has been moved to an automated production line. We then look internally to find savings and efficiencies where possible to try to mitigate these increases as they are passed onto us.  While at times we can absorb some of the costs, there are others that we must pass on to maintain the sustainability of the business.

I realize this ads additional costs to your business as it does to ours.  I hope you can perhaps find some savings by searching incremental items on our online portal that can offset these costs. Let me know if there is anything in particular you would like us to source.

Torani & Mother Parkers Price Increase - April 1, 2025

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming price increase. Due to various factors, including rising supplier and overall production costs, Torani and Mother Parkers have found it necessary to take a price increase. These price increases come directly from the manufacturers, and are beyond our control.

The price increase will take place on April 1st. The adjustment will impact the pricing of select syrups, k-cups, tea and fraction pack coffee items. We anticipate that there may be future price increases due to tariffs, and we are actively working with both manufacturers to mitigate the potential impact of the tariffs. We will update you as soon as we have more information.

We understand that any change in pricing can be an inconvenience, and we want to assure you that this decision was made after careful consideration. Please reach out to  wholesale@ecscoffee.com to request an updated price list, or  if you have any questions or concerns.

Torani Glass Sugar Free Bottles Shipping Freeze - November 11, 2024

Dear valued customers,

On November 11, we will stop shipping Torani Sugar Free in glass bottles for wholesale and retail orders for the winter. Over the cold winter months the Torani Sugar Free in glass bottles expand and shatter during shipment. To prevent this from happening, Torani Sugar Free Glass Bottles will be available for Pickup only. In addition, shipments can be arranged if you have a heated truck. 

Torani Sugar Free in plastic bottles as well as regular sugar Torani syrups in all bottles are still able to be shipped.
