The Rancilio Rocky grinder has grinding burrs with a diameter of 1.9 (50mm), guaranteeing a production of 5.5-7.7 lb / hour (2.5 - 3.5 kg/h). The dosage is 0.2 oz (7g), with a capacity for 10.5 oz (300 g) of coffee beans.
It is designed to deliver 55 different types of quality grounds at the press of a button, all without imparting additional heat during the process. As for its functionality, it comes in a dose or doserless variety. With this Doser version of the Rocky Grinder , you'll have the ability to tap out the right amount of grounds into the portafilter and then go straight to your espresso machine in mere seconds.
