Holiday Shopping at ECS Coffee: Tips and Tricks
The holidays are such a fun and magical time for many! However, busy roads, crowded shopping malls and bad weather can take you from jolly to stressed in no time. We wanted to let you know of some things to be aware of when it comes to your 2022 Holiday Shopping at ECS Coffee. From In-Store shopping tips to shipping deadlines read all about it below.
Holiday Store Hours and Return Policy
The latest updates for our store hours in both Burlington and Ancaster will be updated in our About Us page on our website and there will also be social media postings. Our holiday return policy is also currently in effect. Christmas / Holiday gift items that are unused, in new condition and in original packaging purchased between October 15th and December 31st, 2022, can be returned until January 31st, 2023. Note that this is only valid on items that fall in line with our regular return policy and does not apply to final sale & no return items. Items cannot be used and must be in original packaging.
Shopping In-Store
If you are located to us locally, we have two locations that you can come in and visit us! This is the best way to shop as you can physically see items in hand and receive a demo on one of our many machines. Our store associates are extremely knowledgable and can help you match the right machine, whole bean and k-cup to your needs!
If you are wanting to reserve stock (some sale items move VERY fast) you can order online and choose in store pick up for no extra charge! Once you get an email stating that the time is ready for pickup, you may come into the store and tell one of our associates that you have an in-store order for pickup. We also offer contactless, curbside pickup for those who are interested.
Looking to save? Online might not always have the best prices! Most brands have MAP (minimum advertised price) that retailers are not able to go below. If it’s the same price everywhere it most likely is an item that is MAP priced. If you come into the store however, we can sell below that price for a deeper discount! You could save hundreds just by coming in to see us!
Payment Methods
While we do take all major credit cards, we offer other payment types including Interac Debit for online purchases. This is a fast and foolproof way to pay for your order! We also offer interest free payments on orders over $90 through Sezzle. This can be done online and split your payment into 4 different payments every two weeks. There is no extra charge to use Sezzle and you can even receive your item right away, just in time for Santa to leave that fancy new espresso machine under the tree!
Holiday Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options including our local Same Day Delivery service. This is so convenient for you last minute Larry’s that need to get a gift ready! Those who order online and choose Same Day Shipping must place their order before 11am for qualify same day shipping.
