Carlo's Bake Shop

Carlo's Bake Shop traces its roots to 1910, when Italian pastry chef Carlo Guastaferro opened a small bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey. In 1964 the business was purchased by Bartolo Valastro Sr., and it has remained in the Valastro family ever since. Today the bakery is run by his son, Buddy Valastro, who became a household name as the star of Cake Boss on TLC.

Known for its elaborate designer cakes, cannoli, lobster tails, and Italian pastries, Carlo's grew from a neighbourhood bakery into a brand with locations across the United States. The bakery's tradition of bold, sweet flavours translates naturally to coffee, and the Carlo's Bake Shop coffee line reimagines those tastes in a single-serve format.

Each flavour draws on the bakery's Italian-American roots. Buddy's Blend is a smooth, medium-roast everyday cup. Chocolate Cannoli brings together chocolate and hints of ricotta-style sweetness. Dulce De Leche captures the rich, caramel character of the Latin American confection — all designed to feel like dessert in a mug.
