Intelligent Dosing. The smart dosing system that learns on the job, automatically calculating and adjusting the dose of freshly ground coffee, as required, based on the last grind and tamp outcome.

Precision Measurement. Auto corrects the next dose, reducing the guesswork of manual espresso making.

25 Grind Settings. This wide range of setting allows the fine tuning of grind size for the desired extraction and flavour outcome, depending on the chosen coffee beans.

Integrated Conical Burr Grinder. Stainless steel conical burrs maximize ground coffee surface area for a full espresso flavour. Upper and lower burrs are removable for cleaning.

Thermocoil Precision Heating System. The Thermocoil heating system with PID control delivers great tasting coffee through precise digital control of temperature, flow rate, and contact time.

Beautiful and intelligent

My old Italian espresso machine died after 17 years. I asked my barista nephew for a recommendation and he didn’t hesitate to offer his opinion on this machine. I love this machine. The only negative thing I can say is that the instructions could be a little more straightforward with regard to running the cleaning process.

Love our new espresso machine. So easy to use and when we came for some help regarding the pressure dial, our concerns were dealt with right away. Thanks to Michelle for her guidance on which machine most suited our needs! Also received a lovely gift package from Breville when we registered our warranty online.

The machine looks lovely and the colour gives it a modern look. We bought this to replace a ten year old Breville Oracle which had begun to misbehave. I was worried about what seemed to be trading down but honestly I have come to prefer it. I am making better tasting espresso now. It takes some trial and error, and YouTube videos, to get the machine dialled in, which simply means getting the optimum grind to produce an espresso shot that you like. The intelligent dose and tamp mechanism makes this easy and repeatable too. I’m happy to steam the milk but haven’t mastered latte art as yet.
