I’ve had this machine for only 4 days. My initial experience was not good. I ordered this coffee maker based on my personal experience at a local business that uses this same machine to offer customers complimentary coffee. The coffee was always good and temperature great. When I received my K155 I could not replicate the same taste despite using the same K-cup, Maxwell House, House Blend and same creamer. I tried different coffees, different temperatures, different sizes to no avail. My last hope was changing out the bottled water for filtered water and keeping the temperature at the recommended 192°.
I threw out the remaining bottled water in the reservoir and filled with filtered water. I also flushed out a few cups through the machine. This seemed to produce better coffee. So not really sure if it’s the filtered water that made the difference or just the fact that I ran more water through this new machine but for now will continue using filtered water. I’d love any feedback.
