Low pressure pre-infusion. Low pressure pre-infusion gradually increases pressure at the start and helps ensure all the flavours are drawn out evenly during the extraction for a balanced tasting cup.

Descale when the machine prompts you, approximately every 3-6 months. We recommend using Breville The Descaler.

Perform a backflushing/cleaning cycle when the machine prompts you, approximately every 3-6 months. We recommend using Breville Cleaning Tablets, or Cafiza tablets.
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days
- Keep the stainless steel casing shiny with a microfiber cloth

Remove coffee oil build up in your portafilter and baskets by soaking them in hot water and one backflushing tablet once a week. We recommend using Cafiza tablets for this.

Replace your Breville ClaroSwiss water filter every 2-3 months.
