Cold Extraction Technology. This innovative technology is the secret to brewing Cold Brew coffees in less than 5 minutes, a fraction of the traditional brewing method. The cold brew recipe uses a precisely measured flow rate to deliver room temperature water at very little pressure, just enough to move the water from the tank to the cup. The heatless and low-pressure extraction allows you to create light and refreshing cold brew coffee simply in the comfort of your home and enjoy it at anytime.

Espresso Cool. A completely unique recipe developed by De’Longhi. Espresso Cool exalts the lighter and sweeter notes of coffee, with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, amazingly refreshing when served over ice. It is delivered using room temperature water, but this time at high pressure

For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual. To download your machine's user manual click here. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:

• Descale when the machine prompts you, approximately every 3-6 months. We recommend using  DeLonghi EcoDecalk.
• Perform a backflushing/cleaning cycle when the machine prompts you. We recommend using Cafiza tablets. 
• Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip tray every few days.
• Keep the stainless steel casing shiny with a microfiber cloth.
• Remove coffee oil build up in your portafilter and baskets by soaking them in hot water and one backflushing tablet once a week. We recommend using Cafiza tablets for this.
• Replace your DeLonghi DLS C002 every 2-3 months.
