Intelligent Dosing. The smart dosing system that learns on the job, automatically calculating and adjusting the dose of freshly ground coffee, as required, based on the last grind and tamp outcome.Precision Measurement. Auto corrects the next dose, reducing the guesswork of manual espresso making.
25 Grind Settings. This wide range of setting allows the fine tuning of grind size for the desired extraction and flavour outcome, depending on the chosen coffee beans.
Integrated conical burr grinder. Stainless steel conical burrs maximize ground coffee surface area for a full espresso flavour. Upper and lower burrs are removable for cleaning.
Thermocoil Precision Heating System. The Thermocoil heating system with PID control delivers great tasting coffee through precise digital control of temperature, flow rate, and contact time.
Hand-crafted Microfoam Milk. A built in, powerful manual steam wand that allows you to hand texture microfoam milk enhancing flavour, which is essential for the creation of latté art.

Use & Care
For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machines user manual. We recommend that you also incorporate the following into your cleaning routine:
- Descale every 2-3 months. We recommend using Breville The Descaler.
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip trays every few days
- Keep the stainless steel casing shiny with a microfiber cloth
- Optional: Perform backlash routine and clean the filter basket each week.
