This braiser with its tight-fitting lid helps food retain moisture and emerge juicy and tender. Its dish-like shape and vibrant color make it perfect for serving directly at the table. Optimized for steady, even heat, Le Creusets improved enamel interior resists staining, dulling, and wear and tear. Enamel interiors light sand color makes it easy to monitor food while cooking, ensuring less sticking and burning. Stabilizers in the newly engineered lid prevent rocking, keeping the lid snugly in place. Improved ergonomic, composite knob resists temperatures up to 500F and provides a sure grip. Handles are 45% larger to provide a better grip, even while wearing oven mitts. Enameled cast-iron construction boasts superior heat-retention and requires no additional seasoning.

It was a great experience. I walked into the store and found the exact pan I’d been looking everywhere for. And it was less than half the price I saw everywhere else. The stag are always so friendly every time I go in.

CanadaGreat price, too many pinholes in the cover
Price could not be better. There are over two dozens of small pinholes in the cover. This is unusual, as my other Le Creuset pots only have one or two pinholes in each piece. I decided to keep it as it was sold out and could not be replaced.

Kettle I bought last year as a replacement for a burnt one (not sold by you) was terrible. I have spent hundreds on kettles! They are now made in thailand and the insert moves around and slips and the paint comes off. Terrible. Their pots and pans still made in France and unchanged they say and this Braiser I bought from you is proof. Excellent. You guys should carry a good organic/fair trade coffee by the tin online in this day and age. Van Houtte makes the best, and is Canadian .. their medium roast, ground organic/fair trade coffee that A and W sells is unbelievably good. But just to try to find it for sale elsewhere! Impossible.
