Love this Bialetti! We switched from our traditional bialetti to this one due to concerns with aluminum (I had tested positive for aluminum in my tissues and was looking to reduce any exposure I was having). I'm not sure if the science has been settled on this, but we figured it couldn't hurt to switch. Our stainless steel bialetti arrived very quickly and it works exactly like the traditional one. We also do not notice any difference at all in taste! We are very happy with our purchase from ECS Coffee!
