The Precision Brewer automatically adjusts the water temperature and brew time to meet the standards set by the SCA. Breville's patent pending steep and release valve holds the water in contact with the coffee when small cup volumes are being brewed without the carafe in place, automatically. The My Brew Setting allows you to customize any of the parameters like bloom time, brew temperature and flow rate to suit the particular coffee you're using - whether its more floral, fruity, earthy and so on. Brew any volume of coffee exactly how you like it with the flat bottom & cone filter baskets, both included.

Fast. The Breville Precision Brewer is the worlds first 60 oz. drip brewer, making up to 12 cups in under 7 minutes.
Precise and adjustable temperature control. Water temperature can be adjusted between 197 - 204 degrees as per SCA guidelines.
PID temperature control. The thermo-coil heating and pump system has PID digital temperature control providing adjustability and precision far greater than a traditional horseshoe shaped element system.
Small Cup Detection & Steep & Release. This innovative feature controls water and coffee contact time when brewing single serve volumes up to 20 oz. or when making Cold brew.
Dual filter baskets. Flat bottom & cone style baskets included.
Pour over adaptor compatible. Designed to suit your favourite pour over dripper such as Hario V60 and Kalita wave.

- Descale every 2-3 months. We recommend using Breville The Descaler.
- Soap out water tank (if applicable) and drip trays every few days
- Keep the stainless steel casing shiny with a microfiber cloth

I purchased this Breville coffee maker about two years ago. So, far it has worked well and I have not had any major issues. The only downside is the seal ring kit is cracked and I think this allows coffee grounds to end up in the coffee pot. However, this could be the filters that I use. Overall, Breville is a brand that I trust to buy in kitchen appliances and this coffee machine is no exception.

I received a Breville Precision Brew coffee maker 4 years ago,It is the best one yet,I totally love how fast and how beautiful sleek looking it is,It brews my coffee just like I want It,we go thru 3 pots a day and it is great,I especially love the carafe, I can go get coffee 5 hours into the day and its still piping hot. Its very easy to keep clean,I wash the inside of the carafe with bleach and descale with vinager and its still going after all these years,,Thank You Breville for these awesome products,I refuse to get any other brand,my son is getting married next year and we are ordering him just Breville products. in Black truffle, toaster,coffee grinder,smart kettle,barista touch automatic espresso machine and the Breville precision brewer,..I sure would love a discount..it would mean a lot..
Love this machine. We have had it for 2 years now and it is the best coffee maker we have had. Easy Maintenance and the Cold Brew option is great as well!!
Great coffee. You get what you pay for. I do find the coffee is better with the cone vs the basket but still makes better coffee than most machines. Only disappointment is it does not come with the pour over adapter. It has to be purchased separately and fairly expensive.
