Use & Care

For detailed care instructions, please refer to your machine's user manual.

Regular cleaning helps keep your super automatic espresso machine performing at its best and ensures great-tasting coffee. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning schedule and use the appropriate cleaning products for your machine.

  • Daily: Empty and rinse the drip tray and coffee grounds container. Rinse the milk system after each use.
  • Regularly: Clean the milk system thoroughly using the manufacturer-recommended milk cleaner.
  • As needed: Replace the water filter according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule. Usually 2-4 months.
  • As needed: Empty and rinse the water tank and refill with fresh water.
  • When prompted: Run the machine’s automatic cleaning cycle using the recommended cleaning tablet or solution. Usually every 3-6 months.
  • When prompted: Descale the machine when prompted or according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule. Usually every 3-6 months.
  • Weekly-monthly: Clean the brewing unit if it is removable, following the manufacturer’s instructions. A good rinse under the sink without soap is sufficent.

Always refer to your machine’s user manual for specific cleaning procedures, cleaning intervals, and compatible cleaning products.
