The Eureka Mignon Filtro is the simplest way into a real Eureka grinder for anyone who brews filter coffee. There is no timer to program and no screen to learn, just a switch, 50 mm hardened steel flat burrs, and Eureka's patented stepless micrometric adjustment so you can move smoothly between drip, pour over, and press without ever feeling stuck between settings.
The burrs run at 1350 RPM with quick, consistent output for one cup or a full carafe, and the ACE system keeps clumps and static under control so grounds pour cleanly from the bin. With a 150 g hopper and a footprint just 12 cm wide, the Filtro tucks neatly beside a brewer or kettle and quietly does its job every morning for years.
