Freshly Filtered Water Without a Reservoir. Unlike traditional water coolers that store water in a reservoir, ION uses a reservoir-free design.

Water travels through the filtration and cooling system only when it is requested. This means every glass is freshly filtered and dispensed on demand, without a storage tank that needs to be routinely cleaned and sanitized.

The result is a streamlined bottleless water dispenser designed for businesses that want convenient access to filtered drinking water throughout the day.

Sealed Water Pathway. ION's proprietary Sealed Water Pathway is designed so that air does not come into contact with the water supply.

Combined with the reservoir-free design, this technology helps provide freshly filtered water on demand while eliminating the need to clean or sanitize a traditional internal water reservoir.

FiberTek Water Filtration. ION comes with a FiberTek water filter designed for city or well water applications.

InstaChill Cooling Technology. ION's InstaChill technology is designed to deliver cold water quickly without relying on a traditional storage reservoir. The manufacturer states that the system provides up to 10 times the cooling capacity of a standard water cooler, with water dispensed at approximately 42°F (5.5°C) under specified operating conditions.

Ambient Water On Demand. Not everyone wants ice-cold water. ION's ambient water option allows filtered water to bypass the cooling coils and travel directly to the glass.

Rapid Hot Water On Demand. The Plus-20 and Plus-40 models provide hot water on demand through an inline heating system. 

Sparkling Water. The ION Plus-40 adds sparkling water to the cold, ambient and hot water options. For smaller installations, the system can use an internal CO₂ tank. The tank uses a simple twist connection and a 60 L CO₂ tank can carbonate up to approximately 250 glasses.

Touchscreen Controls. ION features a touchscreen interface designed to make operation and system management simple.
