In a Double Cappuccino recipe, Double Espresso Dolce is indulgent, with sweet aromatics, while revealing remaining bitterness and coffee flavour with lasting smoky/roasty notes. Oat milk, by its very nature, brings subtle notes of grain. When added to a coffee that already has these aromas, it tends to amplify them and make them more pronounced. This creates a round and consistent taste experience. Oat milk offers a creamy texture that softens the natural acidity of the coffee. This velvety texture underlines the cereal notes and creates a pleasant balance in the mouth.

Roasting. A batch of Arabicas are roasted light and short, while another combination of Arabica and Robusta get a slightly longer and darker roast.
